HouseBooked is operated by Mason Foundry LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. This page explains exactly what we collect, who else sees it, and how to have it deleted. We have written it in plain English rather than boilerplate, because the honest version is short.
There are no accounts, no passwords, and no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
What we collect

We never see your card number. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own pages. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the email address you used — nothing else.
The one thing you should actually read
Your published guidebook is a public web page. It has a hard-to-guess address, and we do not list it anywhere or let search engines index it — but there is no password on it. Anyone who has the link can open it, and that is the whole point: you hand the link to your guests.
This means anything you type into the finish-up form is visible to anyone with the link — including your WiFi password and your entry instructions. That is intentional; it is what your guests need. But do not put anything on that page you would not be comfortable handing to a stranger who books your place. Never put your home alarm code, a bank detail, or a personal password in there.
Who else sees your data
We use a small number of specialist companies to actually run the service. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not share it with advertisers.
- Anthropic — we send your listing URL to Claude, Anthropic's AI model, which reads your public listing and drafts the guidebook text. Anthropic processes this on our behalf and does not use it to train their models.
- Cloudflare — hosts this website and stores your guidebook content and order status.
- Resend — delivers our emails to you. They see your email address and the contents of those emails.
- Stripe — processes your $29 payment. They handle your card details directly; we never receive them.
- Google Fonts — this site and your guidebook load typefaces from Google's servers, which means Google receives the IP address of anyone who loads the page. We do not use Google Analytics or any other tracking product.
Your guidebook also displays photos from your listing by linking to them on the listing platform's own servers (Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com). We do not copy those photos; we point at them. That platform therefore sees requests from people viewing your guidebook.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@masonfoundry.com and we will do it within 30 days, at no charge.
If you are in the EEA or UK, our lawful basis is performance of a contract (building and hosting the guidebook you asked for) and legitimate interest (preventing abuse of the free preview). If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Deleting your guidebook deletes the link along with it — your guests will no longer be able to open it. Save a PDF copy first if you want to keep one.
Cookies
HouseBooked sets no cookies. There is no login, no session, and no tracking pixel. Your browser may store fonts from Google as part of its normal cache.
Children
HouseBooked is a tool for property hosts and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will email everyone who has an active guidebook before the change takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
